From 1990 to 1998 he was senior investment manager at Pictet Asset Management London, jointly responsible for the group’s Specialist Equity business of International Smaller Companies and Emerging Markets, totalling over US$3bn under management. Prior to Pictet, Jonathan was at Mercury Asset Management from 1988 to 1990 – Manager of specialist international growth stocks and the Mercury Recovery Fund. He started his career in 1986 at Oppenheimer Fund Management where he managed global and UK income and growth Funds.
Jonathan has a BA Hons French from the University of Bristol in the UK.

Prior to joining FPP Asset Management in 2000, Chris led the Emerging Markets desk at Henderson Global Investors with responsibility for Asset Allocation and Portfolio Management. Chris started his career in 1994 at NPI as a Latin American fund manager.
Chris graduated from the University of Oxford with a 1st Class MA (Hons) degree.

Elbek Muslimov is the Managing Partner, Portfolio Manager and CEO at FPP from April 2020.
Elbek started his career in 2001 at Deutsche Bank in London with the Emerging Markets Structured Products group.
Between 2004 and 2019, Elbek headed up the Emerging Markets Credit Trading and later EM Rates Trading desks for the CEEMEA region at Citigroup London.
Elbek holds a BA from the American University in Central Asia and an MBA from Yale University School of Management.

Mikhail joined FPP in 2020 as the COO with overall responsibility for non-investment activities of the firm including strategic business development, operations, technology, investor relations, risk and compliance.
Prior to joining FPP, Mikhail was an Executive Director at JP Morgan Private Bank where he provided COO oversight across Capital Markets Solutions division in EMEA. Formerly, Mikhail worked at Morgan Stanley’s Risk Management and Equity Derivatives teams based in London.
Mikhail graduated from the Brunel University with a 1st Class Honours BSc in Economics and Finance.
